My experience at this Fedex location was the worst customer service I’ve received in a long, long time. I came in on Saturday at 2:10pm to ship 9 identical boxes for our company. We are a large company in Austin and were using our Fedex shipper # to ship the boxes. They were items we had received from a warehouse that would not ship to Canada for us so we had to receive them and then ship them right back out. The Fedex rep said one box was damaged in it’s shipment to us and the items would have to be repacked- sure no problem. Except that after taking a very long time to check me out (8 of the labels should have been identical, not sure why it took so long) he said he wouldn’t repack my box until helping everyone behind me. Since the materials in the box are company property that I am responsible for and not my personal belongings, I certainly did not feel comfortable leaving them behind to be opened, moved, and relabeled without me there. Especially since while labeling the other 8 boxes he had almost forgotten to put a label on one, I had to point it out to him. I wait for over 30 minutes while he checked out 9 other customers with shipments before he finally repacked my box (which I had paid Fedex $12 for). After spending nearly $800 on our shipment, this is completely unacceptable I should have to be in a location for over an HOUR to ensure things are done right. So ridiculous! Also, the store temperature was extremely hot.
Never use FedEx again.... On Sept 14 we shipped a package from Austin to Dallas, this is urgent so we picked express shipping, guaranteed delivered by Friday Sept 15. However, FedEx lost our package, nobody can give me an answer, trying to blame the hurricane for my package being lost!!! What a sad excuse. My package shipped from Austin, TX to Dallas,TX???? Refuse to issue my refund when i called in and keep trying to transfer my call and more excuse, as of this point, my package is still lost! I get it, things happen but step up and ACCEPT that we LOST your package. NEVER EVER I WILL SHIP WITH FEDEX !
The staff here was not helpful at all. I only needed one page printed and the self service copiers were being used by people who clearly had a lot of printing to do. I walked up to the counter to ask if they could assist me in getring my document printed. He very rudely pointed me to the computers and said that was my only option because they had lots of jobs to do. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Everytime I come here I can never get any help and everyone is so rude.
I stopped by this FedEx on Friday evening to print off game cards for a baby shower. I was greeted by Patty and I explained to her what I was looking for. She showed me my different options then Daniel was able to get them printed off while I waited in the store. I was able to email the file to Daniel to download and print. The entire process took less than 30min. I was very pleased and satisfied with how friendly both employees were and each employees willingness to help.
What a joke of a FedEx Office! The people working here take forever to get anything done. Shipments take 15+ minutes that take 5-7 minutes anywhere else. When you send them a simple/fast instructions to print 3 pages order, they quote you at 24 hours, and so nothing to expedite it. Whereas every other FedEx Office turns it out in 1 to 3 hours. I will be going elsewhere.
Of all the Fedex Office stores to use, this is the worst. They have several computers but all are a problem. They have work stations for you laptop, but no one there knows how to make it work with their printers. Waste of time. Just go to Burnet location.
The associates had no intention of assisting me get my prints done. They seemed much more interested in sending me to another location, or taking an order which they had no idea when it would be finished. Go to the Burnet location instead.
Horrible customer experience. Returned an unopened package shipped by Fedex with pre-paid shipping label. Told me that I had to pay for fillers otherwise they can’t take the risk. Ridiculous. How did you accepted the shipping over?

Only half of my things were printed correctly. One of my original documents was lost. I would recommend checking everything before you leave...something that I should have done.
They were so nice. If you keep being nice to them no matter what they will go out of their way to help to you! Kaido I think his name was, he was awesome!
Twice now I have went in to this location needing one sheet of paper printed and been told they are too busy. Great customer service model...
They work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Love this location!
